  • Prepare process maps, requirements summaries, spreadsheets, dashboards, system comparisons, and practical recommendations for management review.
  • Complete TWO assigned and approved projects during each six-month internship term, each with a defined scope, milestones, measurable objectives, documented deliverables, and a final presentation and handoff to the COO.
  • Provide regular project updates, validate findings with stakeholders, promptly raise blockers, and participate in milestone and final project reviews.
  • Perform other reasonable work-related duties and assignments as requested by Richard Hoffman, COO, or a person he authorizes, consistent with the intern’s skills, training, company policies, and business needs.

  • Ability to prioritize assignments, work independently during agreed remote hours, protect confidential information, ask questions, and follow through on commitments.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 and up to 40 hours per week on an agreed remote schedule, and to complete a six-month program term.
