An ITOPS (IT Operations) Intern supports the daily operations and maintenance of an organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. The role involves assisting with technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery. The intern works closely with the IT Operations team to gain hands-on experience in networking, system administration, cybersecurity practices, and user support.
