As a Cloud Engineering Team Lead, you will oversee a team of cloud engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure. You will ensure that cloud solutions align with business objectives, meet security and compliance standards, and deliver optimal performance and cost efficiency.   

 
Your Impact 

• Leadership & Management 

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for cloud initiatives. 

• Cloud Strategy & Architecture 

• Develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with organizational goals. 

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 

• Operations & Optimization 

• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services. 

• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency. 

• Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements. 

• Collaboration 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Application Development) to integrate cloud solutions. 

• Manage relationships with cloud service providers and vendors. 

• Stakeholder Engagement 

• Advise internal teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• 7+ years in cloud engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.  

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.  

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).  

• Practical experience  with modern, distributed software architectures and cloud platforms,  

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of network design in cloud.
