Investment Analyst

Summary:

We are looking for an intellectually curious Investment Research Associate to support our systematic and

discretionary investment process,

The role centers on continuously monitoring companies and themes on our watchlist, identifying leading

indicators, tracking industry developments, and synthesizing what you find into concise, actionable insights

That sharpens our investment decisions.

This is not a traditional sell-side equity research role built around lengthy reports and detailed financial

models. The emphasis is on identifying what is changing, why it matters, and communicating that clearly and

quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities :

COMPANY RESEARCH

• Track companies under our themes on an ongoing basis.
• Read and summarize quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, regulatory filings, and management
• commentary.
• Monitor guidance revisions and shifts in management tone.
• Identify the key business drivers for each company and track how they evolve.

INDUSTRY & COMPETITOR RESEARCH

• Track competitors and broader industry developments within your themes.
• Compare commentary across management teams to surface emerging trends.
• Monitor market-share shifts, pricing changes, new product launches, and industry dynamics.
• Distinguish whether a development is company-specific or industry-wide.

SALES STRATEGY & PLANNING

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Define clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for assigned markets
• Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and product positioning

RESEARCH SUPPORT

• Conduct deep dives into specific investment themes.
• Prepare concise briefing notes ahead of earnings releases.
• Summarize conference presentations and industry events.
• Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities.

INVESTMENT DASHBOARD

• Maintain a live one-page dashboard for each company, covering: business overview, investment thesis, key risks, key catalysts, leading indicators, latest management commentary, competitor updates, important news, upcoming events, and quarterly KPI tracking. rephrase bullet points only from this .

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Mba in Finance.
• CFA( is a plus , not mandatory).

• Excellent reading comprehension
• Strong written communication, with the ability to simplify complex information
• High attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
• Comfortable use of AI tools for research
• Basic understanding of financial statements
• Curiosity and independent thinking.
