Opportunity Summary
NAES Corporation has an immediate opening for an Inventory Procurement Manager to lead procurement and inventory activities across 16 Heritage Project power generation facilities. This position oversees sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and inventory optimization to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations.
The Inventory Procurement Manager works with plant personnel, suppliers, and corporate teams to develop sourcing strategies, leverage fleet-wide purchasing opportunities, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen supplier performance.
This is a remote position requiring approximately 10% travel, including quarterly site visits for inventory verification and related procurement and inventory activities.
Your scope of responsibility as Inventory Procurement Manager includes the following primary functions:
NAES Safe

Working Relationships
The Inventory Procurement Manager will report to the Client Services Manager and work closely with plant management teams and personnel across the 16 Heritage Project facilities, as well as suppliers, vendors, and corporate support teams.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work is primarily performed remotely or in a plant office environment and involves regular computer use and virtual communication. A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace are required when working remotely.
Periodic site visits may require walking through plant, warehouse, and storeroom areas, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven surfaces while supporting inventory activities.
Site visits may include exposure to noise, varying temperatures, industrial equipment, and outdoor weather conditions. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as applicable.
Fitness for Duty
All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post-employment random drug screening.
Work Schedule
The Inventory Procurement Manager works a standard Monday to Friday day-shift schedule. This position will require extended hours, flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to support plant operations and business needs and may also require callout availability. Depending on the position, on-call status may or may not apply.
Approximately 10% travel is required to supported facilities, including quarterly site visits for inventory verification and related procurement and inventory activities.
Compensation
This position offers an annual base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 and includes eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
