Internal Sales Development Representative (INS817)

We're looking for an Internal Sales Development Representative who is comfortable on the phone, energized by outbound prospecting, and motivated by hitting targets. This is a cold calling-focused role. You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound activity, booking meetings for the sales team, and building relationships with prospects from the first point of contact.

What You'll Work On

Outbound Prospecting and Cold Calling

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients during U.S. business hours
• Follow structured call scripts and frameworks while adapting your approach based on the conversation
• Handle objections confidently and professionally without losing momentum
• Maintain consistent daily call volume and outreach activity

Pipeline Generation and Meeting Booking

• Qualify prospects against defined criteria and move them through the early stages of the funnel
• Book discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team
• Track all outreach activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other touchpoints as needed

CRM and Reporting

• Maintain clean and up-to-date records in the CRM after every interaction
• Track your own performance metrics including calls made, connect rates, and meetings booked
• Flag patterns, objections, and insights that can improve outreach strategy

What You Bring

• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or a high-volume phone-based sales role
• Confident, clear, and professional phone presence with strong spoken English
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection without losing energy or focus
• Self-motivated and able to hit daily activity targets without close oversight
• Organized and consistent with CRM data entry and follow-up discipline
• Available to work during U.S. business hours on a full-time basis

Nice to Have

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Background in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or professional services
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or prospects in a remote capacity
