The role involves managing large-scale programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering strong client relationships while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of insurance domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align business objectives and expectations.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and capability development.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin management.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support business development through solutioning, proposals, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and value-driven delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in insurance domain (P&C, Life, or Health) with a deep understanding of industry processes.
- Proven track record in managing large delivery programs and client engagements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in handling distributed teams and working in global delivery models.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
