With a robust contractor network and a newly launched client portal, we provide a seamless solution for clients to get work done quickly and professionally.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Your mission will be to connect with real estate agents, banks, and property management companies, introducing them to our services and driving new business. Bass pay plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn (warm and cold leads).
Present our services and demonstrate the benefits of our client portal.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with decision-makers.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience (B2B sales preferred, especially in real estate, property management, or service industries).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Comfort with cold calling and outreach.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
