JOB TITLE: Influence & Partnership Manager
REPORTS TO: Director, Growth & , Beverage Division
LOCATION: Remote with preferred locations
TRAVEL: Extensive – up to 70%
This position is remote and focused on national influencers and partnerships; Preferred locations are located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones to include: California, the Pacific NW, Arizona, Colorado, Las Vegas, NV, Salt Lake City, UT and Dallas, TX.
JOB PURPOSE:
Lead brand influencer and creator partnership strategy across awareness, credibility, retail activation, and customer acquisition; Responsible for identifying, negotiating, managing, and scaling influencer partnerships that build brand trust, drive consumer engagement, and create measurable business impact across retail, Amazon, and DTC channels
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identify, source, and vet micro, mid-tier, macro, and strategic influencer partners aligned with Syncron’s brand positioning, audience, and growth objectives
- Build influencer pipelines across sports, fitness, wellness, lifestyle, performance, and culture verticals
- Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, brand fit, authenticity, content quality, and conversion potential
- Develop tiered influencer strategies spanning seeding, paid partnerships, ambassador programs, and marquee talent relationships
- Source athletes, experts, trainers, wellness professionals, and creators who strengthen brand credibility and generate high-value content assets
- Develop influencer and ambassador programs that support product launches, retail activations, sampling initiatives, and community engagement
- Lead negotiation of influencer rates, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting permissions, paid media rights, exclusivity, and partnership terms
- Structure agreements to maximize content usage flexibility across paid media, retail, Amazon, social, PR, website, and future marketing initiatives
- Secure rights for amplification, licensing, retailer presentations, and long-term brand asset utilization
- Optimize deals to balance cost efficiency, performance potential, and long-term partnership value
- Partner with legal and leadership teams on contract execution, compliance, disclosures, risk management, and approval processes
- Manage influencer campaign timelines, briefs, approvals, deliverables, posting schedules, and execution.
- Coordinate product shipments, launch timing, content approvals, usage-rights documentation, and activation logistics.
- Maintain influencer calendars, posting cadence, deliverable trackers, campaign reporting, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate influencer participation in retailer events, trade shows, sampling programs, consumer activations, and brand experiences
- Manage creator content collection, organization, tagging, distribution, and cross-functional utilization across marketing channels
- Support athlete, celebrity, and strategic talent relationships, including appearances, deliverables, and contractual obligations
- Develop influencer programs that support retail sell-through, shopper marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, and distribution growth
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align influencer activity with retailer priorities, promotions, and key customer initiatives
- Ensure influencer-generated content is repurposed across paid media, Amazon, retail marketing, retailer presentations, and consumer communications
- Identify opportunities to expand high-performing creators into long-term advocates, ambassadors, and retail activation partners
- Build and manage long-term influencer, ambassador, athlete, celebrity, and strategic talent relationships that drive sustained brand credibility and consistency
- Develop partnership roadmaps that maximize value across paid media, retail support, PR opportunities, and brand storytelling
- Cultivate relationships with agents, managers, creators, and talent networks to secure competitive partnership opportunities
- Identify emerging talent early and establish strategic affiliations before market value increases
- Track influencer performance across reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, sales lift, attribution, and ROI metrics.
- Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to evaluate creator effectiveness, paid usage performance, whitelisting results, and content scalability
- Identify top-performing content suitable for paid media investment and broader channel deployment
- Build dashboards, attribution frameworks, affiliate tracking programs, and post-campaign reporting to improve decision-making and measurement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, creator marketing, or social partnerships
- Experience working with consumer brands, CPG, wellness, sports, beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong network of creators, agents, managers, or influencer ecosystem relationships preferred
- Proven experience negotiating influencer deals, including usage rights, whitelisting, paid media rights, and deliverable structures
- Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics including engagement, CPM, CPV, attribution, and conversion measurement
- Experience managing influencer campaigns across paid, organic, retail, and performance marketing objectives
- Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable balancing creative relationship-building with performance accountability
- Familiarity with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, attribution tools, and reporting systems preferred

Influencer & Partnership is an exempt, salaried position. Salary offered is based on relevant experience at the time of hire.
