Description for Internal Candidates
Hiring Office: UNFPA East and Southern Africa Regional Office / Country Office.
Purpose of consultancy
The Recruitment Consultant will drive and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition activities, primarily executing the recruitment and selection processes associated with the organizational restructuring of relevant Country Offices, while ensuring full compliance with UNFPA policies, procedures, and applicable Staff Regulations and Rules.

Duration: 1 July - 31 December 2026. The period of the consultancy is an initial 6 months, with a maximum of 30 days for each assignment.
Place where services are to be delivered
Services will be delivered remotely for the duration of the contract.
Monitoring and progress control, including reporting requirements, periodicity format and deadline
The monitoring will be conducted as per the deliverables mentioned in the responsibilities above. Regular briefing meetings with the Head of Office, RO HR Team and focal points, and relevant senior managers.
Bi-Weekly update reports shall be submitted to RO HR Team.
Supervisory arrangements
You will report to the Regional HR Business Partner, and CO Head of Office or Representative, as applicable.
