HR Intern

Ambilio Technologies is an AI consulting and enterprise AI products company helping organizations build AI-ready workforces, deploy AI solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes. We work with enterprises across capability development, AI transformation, and custom AI product development.

As a fast-growing startup, we are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, people operations, employer branding, and startup HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  
• Assist in employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment processes is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
