About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident professional to connect our consulting and research teams with senior industry experts. This role combines expert sourcing, client coordination, and commercial exposure — making it ideal for both early-career professionals and those with up to 5 years of relevant experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand project requirements from consulting/research teams
  • Identify and reach out to relevant industry experts (via phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Screen experts to assess relevance and expertise
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews end-to-end
  • Manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and build long-term expert relationships
  • Support cross-selling of additional services where relevant

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–5 years of experience in expert networks, research, recruitment, consulting support, or similar roles
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Confidence engaging senior professionals
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
