Implementation Specialist

CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

You will join the customer-facing team supporting the growth of our new analytics platform for mid-market businesses. You will help customers move from a successful sale to a successful implementation, guiding them through setup, data connections, configuration, and initial adoption. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales to make sure each customer gets up and running smoothly and sees value from the platform early.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the implementation process for new customers from kickoff through launch

• Work with customers to understand their workflows, data sources, and technical requirements

• Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data connections, and other implementation activities

• Translate customer requirements into clear tasks for internal technical and product teams

• Create implementation plans, track milestones, and keep customers informed about progress

• Identify and resolve implementation risks, dependencies, and blockers before they affect the launch

• Validate data, configurations, and workflows before handing customers over to the Customer Success team

• Create onboarding materials and documentation that make future implementations more efficient

• Gather implementation feedback and identify recurring issues or opportunities to improve the product

• Help develop scalable implementation processes as the CerebriOS customer base grows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, project coordination, or a similar role

• Experience working with B2B SaaS or other business software

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear implementation steps

• Comfortable working with technical concepts, data, integrations, and software configuration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to manage multiple customer implementations while keeping timelines and priorities organized

• Proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues

• Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross-functional internal teams

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience implementing analytics, reporting, CRM, ERP, or other data-driven software

• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, or SQL

• Experience working with mid-market customers

• Experience with project management or customer onboarding platforms

• Previous experience working closely with Engineering or Product teams

• Experience creating implementation documentation and repeatable processes

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation will be determined based on experience, implementation expertise, and overall fit for the role.

Salary Range: 65,000 - 90,000 USD (gross, annually)
