- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze multiple business drivers and model complex financial scenarios
- Partner with finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights
- Improve reporting processes, planning tools, and automation initiatives
- Assist in building scalable FP&A processes and best practices
- 1-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field
- Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Proven ability to manage complex financial models with multiple drivers and variables
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a dynamic environment
