We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Buyer Support Services Specialist to join our S2P Team.
With you we will:
- Work closely with Strategic Buyers team to support ongoing activities and identify areas of improvement.
- Support negotiation process with predefined suppliers, prepare a request for information/request for proposal;
- Prepare periodic and on demand reports, graphs and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts etc.;
- Conduct Supplier Research and populate predefined templates on supplier information
- Follow up with suppliers on outstanding Responsible Supplier Audits confirmation dates and information, Supplier Audit tracking;
Key requirements:
- An experienced professional in analytics
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
- A great communicator and a team player
- A professional with customer-first mindset
- Confident in English and French on at least Upper-Intermediate level
