At Harrington Process Solutions, our people and systems are at the center of how we support a growing organization. We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, working with data, and helping HR technology work better for the people who use it every day.

This role is a great fit for someone who has strong Dayforce experience, enjoys digging into system configuration and reporting, and can translate technical information into practical solutions for HR and business partners.

As an HRIS Analyst, you’ll be an important member of the HRIS team, supporting our HR systems while helping improve efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and the overall employee experience.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key Dayforce administration resource, supporting Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Analytics, Dashboards, and Integrations.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits, data reviews, clean-up, and ongoing system monitoring.
  • Develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytics that help HR and business leaders understand trends and make informed decisions.
  • Create and maintain file feeds and integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio.
  • Partner closely with Payroll to improve and automate processes and support configuration needs, including prevailing wage requirements.
  • Review employee, compensation, classification, benefits, and other HR data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify system and process gaps and partner with the Senior HRIS Analyst on solutions.
  • Support testing, implementation, documentation, and communication related to system enhancements and Dayforce releases.
  • Manage the test environment and coordinate refresh schedules.
  • Perform imports, exports, data clean-up, troubleshooting, and research related to HRIS discrepancies.
  • Support monthly invoice audits and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HRIS questions and issues, escalating more complex matters when needed.
  • Provide a high level of customer service while building collaborative relationships across HR, Payroll, IT, and the broader organization.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of HRIS/HRMS experience, including system configuration.
  • Dayforce experience is required.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics and advanced reporting.
  • Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Timekeeping systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently follow through.
  • PHR certification is a plus.
