Facelove Cosmetics is a fast-growing beauty brand creating products for women who want to feel confident at every age. As our team grows, we’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find people who can grow with the company.

You’ll focus on sourcing candidates, reviewing profiles, coordinating interviews, and keeping the hiring process organized. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys research, communicates clearly, and wants to develop strong judgment about what makes a great hire.

What you’ll do

• Find potential candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Review profiles and applications against the requirements of each role, looking beyond job titles to understand what candidates have actually done.
• Write personalized outreach and follow up with candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and share clear, useful notes with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and keep the hiring pipeline up to date.
• Help improve job posts, outreach messages, and sourcing methods based on what gets results.
• Give candidates a professional, responsive experience throughout the process.
• You’ll support hiring across creative, marketing, ecommerce, and operations, with particular attention to finding people who want to contribute to an in-house team over the long term.

What we’re looking for

• Some experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or a role involving research and outreach. Strong entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Confidence using LinkedIn to research people and assess relevant experience.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about people, their work, and what motivates them.
• The ability to take feedback, improve quickly, and follow through without constant reminders.
• Good judgment: you can spot promising candidates while staying open-minded about different career paths.
• Experience recruiting for ecommerce, creative, or performance marketing roles is a plus.

What success looks like

You build a consistent pipeline of relevant candidates, keep the process moving, and give the team enough context to make good hiring decisions. Over time, you become increasingly confident in identifying people who have the skills, mindset, and commitment to thrive at Facelove.
