WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our U.S. employees and oversee core HR operations. In this hands-on role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with our PEO and external providers to deliver a positive employee experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with our PEO and external providers. 
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS administration. 
• Coordinate U.S. immigration and visa matters in partnership with external immigration counsel. 
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters. 
• Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices.  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally supporting U.S. employees.  
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR administration.  
• Experience coordinating U.S. immigration and visa matters. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine care for employees. 
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized.
