At Check Point, Global HR Operations is where people, data, systems, employee experience — and now AI — come together. We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist based in India to join our global team and help deliver smart, seamless, and reliable HR support to employees around the world.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle, including HR transactions, employee records, data accuracy, and operational controls.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and stakeholders providing responsive, customer-focused support.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve systems and reporting, support automation, maintain documentation, and enhance the employee experience. Use AI tools to help improve efficiency, generate insights, reduce manual work, and support better HR service delivery.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant HR Operations.
  • Support HR Operations activities including employee inquiries, HR documentation, reporting, audits, compliance follow-up, and process coordination.

Qualifications

Required Background

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related HR role.
  • Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
  • High attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and confidence working with data, reports, and operational tracking.

Desired Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; quantitative degrees will also be considered.
  • Experience with HR systems such as ADP, ServiceNow, or other enterprise HRIS platforms, with exposure to process improvement, automation, or shared services environments.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, HR compliance, or government/regulatory reporting.
