AI Summary

Lead, coach, and scale the UK sales team while driving revenue performance and sales velocity. Own key SaaS metrics like ARR and CAC while partnering with global teams to align go-to-market execution.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Hire, lead, coach and mentor a UK sales team. You’ll be starting with a team of 2 and expect to scale that to 5 by the end of the year and 8 to 10 next year
  • Drive the UK sales plan, pipeline, and revenue performance with a focus on increasing sales velocity each month
  • Deliver individual deals alongside your sales team's target
  • Continue pushing the existing sales strategy and setup, along with offering creative solutions to increase further growth
  • Recruit and ramp new sales hires right away
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success in our UK, Australian, and New Zealand team to align go-to-market execution
  • Own the SaaS metrics - ARR (from new sales), New Properties, CAC, CAC Payback. Prioritise and optimise the most effective activities and channels.
  • Help shape new sales initiatives, expansion strategies, and performance incentives

You're right for this if...

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, and you’ve been leading people for at least 2 years
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and scaling teams with 1 to 2 to 6 to 10 in high-growth environments and high-velocity sales environments (average sales cycles of 30 days, with a sprinkle of larger deal flows for enterprise opportunities that can be 6 to 12 months)
  • Understands how to sell a workflow solution (not transactional selling)
  • Metric-driven, loves looking at data, driving systems and processes to scale sales performance
  • A strong network to hire from: you’ll be expected to have people ready to tap to bring on
  • Experience implementing or improving sales processes, reporting, and playbooks
  • Outstanding communicator with emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Motivated by results, team wins, and customer outcomes
  • Love the opportunity to work our leadership team across New Zealand and Australia
  • You're someone customers enjoy buying from, and teammates enjoy working with
