Head of Revenue - Full-time, Remote

Build the revenue engine that takes BeMo to the next stage of growth.

Why BeMo?

At BeMo, our mission is rooted in the belief that education is a universal right, not a privilege. We help students pursue highly competitive professional programs through admissions consulting, test preparation, and technology-enabled services. Our team is remote, fast-moving, data-driven, and focused on measurable student and business outcomes.

    The Role:

We are looking for a commercially rigorous Head of Revenue to own the full revenue system across demand generation, sales, expansion, lifecycle revenue, and revenue operations. This is not a traditional sales-leadership role. Your job is to identify the biggest constraint on profitable growth, quantify the opportunity, prioritize the highest-leverage initiatives, and lead cross-functional execution.

You will be accountable for increasing cash and revenue while protecting the quality and economics of growth. You will work directly with the CEO and lead the revenue organization toward BeMo's long-term growth trajectory.

      What You Will Own:

        • Company-wide revenue growth across marketing, sales, direct/self-serve revenue, upsells, cross-sells, downsells, saves, referrals, and reactivation.
        • Demand generation economics, including qualified lead volume, cost per qualified request, CAC, ROI/ROAS, and channel-level growth efficiency.
        • Sales performance, including completed consultations, revenue per completed call, conversion rate, AOV, show efficiency, response speed, and forecasting accuracy.
        • Pricing, packaging, offers, promotions, and lifecycle monetization designed to increase customer value without relying on short-term pull-forward tactics.
        • Revenue operations: attribution, dashboards, lead tracking, funnel measurement, forecasting, QA, and reliable experiment measurement.
        • A disciplined testing program across acquisition, landing pages, sales, follow-up, email/SMS/direct mail, offers, and expansion revenue.
        • Cross-functional prioritization: decide where the next dollar and the next hour of team capacity create the highest expected incremental value.
        • Revenue leadership systems that reduce dependence on any single individual and create repeatable, scalable execution.

        How Success Will Be Measured:

The role carries a significant performance-based component aligned with the same outcomes the role controls. Performance is evaluated across three dimensions:

          • Cash growth: durable improvement in actual cash received.
          • Demand generation: growth in qualified demand and channel economics, not traffic or lead volume in isolation.
          • Strategic execution: completion and quality of the systems, experiments, reporting, automation, and longer-term initiatives required to compound revenue growth.

These outcomes are also subject to a company growth-driver score that prevents one strong metric from masking deterioration elsewhere in the revenue system. The objective is sustainable progress toward BeMo's long-term growth trajectory, not local optimization of one department.

          What You Will Do:

            • Diagnose the revenue funnel and identify the highest-value constraint before prescribing solutions.
            • Build quarterly revenue plans with quantified assumptions, targets, owners, timelines, and expected impact.
            • Lead the Sales Director and coordinate tightly with marketing, operations, support, finance, and DevOps.
            • Set and monitor leading and lagging KPIs across acquisition, sales, and expansion revenue.
            • Design and review experiments with defined hypotheses, controls, success metrics, guardrails, and decision rules.
            • Improve the economics of paid and organic acquisition while maintaining sufficient qualified demand for the sales organization.
            • Increase revenue per lead and revenue per customer through better conversion, AOV, offers, upsells, cross-sells, and reactivation.
            • Build accurate forecasting, attribution, and executive reporting so decisions are based on trusted data.
            • Use AI and automation where they improve speed, conversion, decision quality, or operating leverage.
            • Develop leaders, delegate execution appropriately, and hold teams accountable for both results and quality.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

              • Have 7+ years of progressively senior revenue, growth, commercial, sales, or marketing leadership experience.
              • Can demonstrate material revenue growth you personally helped cause, with baseline, endpoint, time period, and measurable contribution.
              • Have owned more than one part of the revenue system - ideally demand generation plus sales, lifecycle/expansion, or RevOps.
              • Are highly quantitative and can translate funnel changes into incremental revenue, cash, CAC, and contribution economics.
              • Have managed leaders and teams rather than relying on personal heroics.
              • Can distinguish correlation from causation and are comfortable changing your view when the data contradicts your initial hypothesis.
              • Know how to prioritize aggressively and can explain what should not be done yet.
              • Have strong attention to detail, forecasting discipline, and operating cadence.
              • Are comfortable in a remote, high-accountability environment and can work across functions without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

              Compensation & Location:

Remote role. Competitive base compensation plus a significant performance-based bonus tied to cash growth, demand generation, strategic execution, and progress against the company's long-term revenue-growth plan. Final compensation will depend on experience and scope.

              Our Hiring Process:

Our hiring process includes multiple steps. You will progress to each step if we believe there's a good match for both parties. The process includes a review of your application, a skills assessment test, a virtual OR phone interview, a face-to-face interview with select members of our team via video conference and lastly, reference calls.

              How to Apply:

Simple. Click "Apply" and fill out the short application form.

We won’t be able to individually respond to all applicants, but if we feel that you’re a strong match, we will be in touch via email to proceed with your application. Thanks, and we look forward to hearing from you!
