ROLE SUMMARY:  

The Head of Partnerships at 1Now owns and scales revenue-driven partnerships that generate qualified leads, pipeline, and growth beyond direct sales. This role focuses on building repeatable affiliate, channel, and strategic partnerships, with clear ownership of partner performance, execution, and partner-sourced revenue.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify and source potential partners aligned with the 1Now’s target market and growth objectives.  
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective partners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.  
  • Qualify partners by understanding their business model, needs, and potential fit.  
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through regular communication and follow-ups.  
  • Clearly explain the product/service value proposition and how it benefits the partner. 
  • Coordinate and conduct introductory calls or demos with partners, as needed.  
  • Maintain partner-related information, discussions, and progress in the CRM or tracking system.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding and activation. 
  • Guide partners through next steps after initial alignment, including onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement.  
  • Act as a point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and long-term relationship development.  


Requirements


  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and clearly with potential partners.  
  • Grit and resilience  
  • Exposure to SaaS or B2B platform environments  
  • Understanding of building revenue-driven partnership programs  
  •  Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills  
  • Data-driven, execution-focused mindset with ownership mentality  

NICE TO HAVE  

  • Experience running affiliate or channel programs  
  • Exposure to marketplace, mobility, fleet, or rental industries  
  • Experience working with global or cross-border partners
