Growth and Brand Marketing

What You'll Deliver

• Email and campaign engine. Plan, build, and run email campaigns end to end. Strategy, copy, send, follow up. Every campaign is tied to a lead outcome, not a vanity metric.
  
• Lead generation and nurture. Turn cold and warm lists into qualified pipeline. Build the nurture flows that move a contact from aware to ready. 
  
• Newsletter. A regular newsletter that builds authority in executive search and advisory. Built for a service business selling trust, not products. People should open it because it's worth reading.
  
• Database and segmentation. Clean the database, segment by intent, and turn it into a real asset. Sharp targeting, zero leakage.
  
• Zoho One build. Set up and improve marketing workflows and automation inside Zoho One and CRM. Everything is documented and living in our system, not on your laptop.
  
• Reporting. Track performance and act on it. Draw a clear line from your work to influenced or sourced pipeline.
  

How We'll Measure This

 Not opens. Not clicks. Pipeline.

 By day 90 we expect:

• A cleaned, segmented database with intent scoring live.
  

• A newsletter shipping on a real cadence with a growing, engaged list.
  

• At least one repeatable nurture-to-pipeline flow built and running in Zoho.
  

• A clear report showing leads generated and deals influenced.
  

Requirements

• You think like a strategist and ship like an operator. You can plan Monday and go live Wednesday.
  

• You've built demand or brand engines before, ideally for a service business, B2B, or agency.
  

• You're fluent in Zoho One or comparable CRM and automation tools.
  

• You work independently, take ownership, and don't wait for a brief.
  

• You're comfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity.
  

Engagement Terms

• Initial 90-day scoped engagement.
  
• Output-based.
  
• Access to systems under NDA, scoped tight.
  
• All workflows, assets, and data documented and retained inside Black & Grey HR systems.
  
• Strong performance converts to an extended retainer or a permanent Growth and Brand Lead seat.
