Graphic Designer - Freelancer

About the Role

Stutzen Corporate is looking for a talented and creative Freelance Designer to support our branding, marketing, and digital design requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, be able to understand requirements quickly, and deliver high-quality creative work within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional and visually appealing designs for digital and marketing requirements.
  
• Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  
• Understand design briefs and convert ideas into effective visual concepts.
  
• Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.
  
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final designs within agreed timelines.
  
• Work independently and manage assigned design projects based on priority.
  
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand requirements and clarify design-related queries.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer.
  
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, colors, layouts, and branding.
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent design software.
  
• Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to understand requirements and deliver designs with minimal supervision.
  
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Tamil.
  
• Good communication and responsiveness are important.
  
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
  

Work & Remuneration

• This is a freelance, output-based opportunity.
  
• There are no fixed working hours; the freelancer can work flexibly based on project requirements and agreed deadlines.
  
• Remuneration will be based on the output/work delivered.
  
• Payment terms and rates will be discussed and mutually agreed upon based on the type and complexity of the work.
  
• Candidates who can consistently deliver quality work within deadlines will be preferred.
