We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist
who can help refine, optimize, and complete the existing funnel infrastructure
while improving the customer journey and sales conversion process.
This role is ideal for someone who understands not only the
technical side of GoHighLevel but also the strategy behind high-ticket coaching
funnels, automation, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced GoHighLevel
Funnel Specialist to support the development and optimization of the company's
sales funnel.
The ideal candidate will review the existing setup, identify
opportunities for improvement, complete technical configurations, build
automations, improve user journeys, and recommend strategies to increase funnel
performance.
This is not a role for someone who simply waits for
instructions. We are looking for someone who can understand the client's
vision, analyze existing systems, proactively suggest improvements, and help
transform ideas into an effective sales process.
Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (GHL) Funnel Development & Optimization
- Review
the existing GoHighLevel website, funnel, and account setup.
- Identify
areas requiring improvement or refinement.
- Optimize
landing pages and funnel structure to improve user experience.
- Build
and refine sales funnels designed for high-ticket coaching offers.
- Improve
the customer journey from initial lead capture through conversion.
- Create
and optimize workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences.
- Configure
triggers, actions, pipelines, and lead management processes.
- Ensure
all funnel components work together effectively.
Workflow Automation & Integrations
- Build
and manage GHL workflows and automation sequences.
- Set
up lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up systems.
- Configure
integrations between GHL and other business tools.
- Troubleshoot
automation issues.
- Recommend
improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Website & Landing Page Support
- Review
and improve existing website pages inside GHL.
- Assist
with landing page design and optimization.
- Improve
page structure, layout, and user experience.
- Ensure
pages align with the brand vision and coaching offer.
- Provide
recommendations to improve conversions.
Funnel Strategy & Customer Journey Optimization
- Analyze
the customer journey and identify potential improvements.
- Recommend
strategies to increase lead engagement and conversions.
- Understand
high-ticket sales funnel principles.
- Help
create a smoother journey from advertisement → lead capture → nurturing →
sales conversion.
- Provide
insights based on previous funnel-building experience.
Collaboration & Project Support
- Work
closely with the client to understand the business vision and goals.
- Provide
regular updates on progress and completed tasks.
- Communicate
clearly regarding recommendations, challenges, and improvements.
- Collaborate
through Slack and other communication platforms.
- Manage
assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
AI & Productivity Enhancement
- Utilize
AI tools to improve workflows, content creation, research, and efficiency.
- Recommend
AI-powered solutions where appropriate.
- Use
modern tools and technologies to streamline business processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Advanced
experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Proven
experience building and optimizing high-ticket sales funnels.
- Strong
understanding of GHL workflows, automations, integrations, and pipelines.
- Experience
improving customer journeys and conversion processes.
- Strong
website and landing page design skills.
- Experience
reviewing existing systems and recommending improvements.
- Ability
to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong

Working Hours

Expected Start Date

The client is currently researching and preparing for the

weeks, depending on the progress of current business development activities.
