Role Overview

The Global Growth Director is a senior client growth and account leadership role responsible for expanding WovenWorks’ relationships with existing clients while ensuring strong day-to-day leadership of the teams supporting those accounts.

This individual will serve as a senior commercial leader across assigned client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, deepen WovenWorks’ presence within client organizations, and connect client needs to the full breadth of WovenWorks’ capabilities.

In addition to owning account growth, the Global Growth Director will provide day-to-day leadership to the Client Success Directors and Project Managers supporting assigned accounts. The role will ensure teams are aligned around client priorities, growth opportunities, delivery expectations, and the overall health of each relationship.

The ideal candidate brings strong agency experience, deep familiarity with packaging and CPG environments, and experience working within a service-based organization where growth depends on building trusted client relationships and delivering high-value multidisciplinary work.

Core Responsibilities

Client Growth & Account Expansion

  • Own the growth strategy for assigned existing client relationships.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, innovation, R&D, packaging, procurement, insights, and related functions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client organizations, priorities, decision-making processes, and business challenges.
  • Lead strategic client conversations focused on future opportunities rather than individual projects alone.
  • Ensure WovenWorks is positioned as a strategic growth and innovation partner rather than a project-based vendor.
  • Identify potential relationship risks early and partner with internal leadership to resolve them.
  • Create opportunities for regular senior-level engagement with key clients.

Account Team Leadership

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the Client Success Directors and Project Managers supporting assigned accounts.
  • Oversee a team that currently includes approximately four Client Success Directors and five Project Managers.

  • Coach Client Success Directors and Project Managers on client relationship management, commercial thinking, and account growth.
  • Create strong connectivity between commercial strategy and day-to-day account delivery.
  • Ensure teams operate consistently across accounts while adapting to individual client needs.

Opportunity Identification & Solution Development

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client business challenges and uncover opportunities for WovenWorks.
  • Connect client needs to WovenWorks’ capabilities across design, strategy, insights, research, engineering, prototyping, and related services.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Shape opportunities early by helping clients define challenges, approaches, and potential engagements.
  • Use WovenWorks capabilities, case studies, thought leadership, and expertise to demonstrate relevant value.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are commercially strong, differentiated, and aligned with client objectives.

Proposals, Scoping & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead or support the development of proposals, presentations, scopes, and client growth materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions, timelines, staffing approaches, and value propositions.
  • Participate in pricing, scope, and commercial conversations with clients and WovenWorks leadership.
  • Ensure opportunities move efficiently from initial discussion through proposal, approval, and project launch.
  • Maintain clear ownership of follow-up and next steps throughout the sales process.
  • Support successful transition of secured engagements into delivery.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Account Planning

  • Maintain visibility into growth opportunities across assigned client accounts.
  • Ensure accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline information is maintained within the CRM.
  • Track proposals, next steps, probability, timing, and expected revenue.
  • Provide reliable account-level forecasting and pipeline updates.
  • Use pipeline and account data to prioritize commercial activity.
  • Partner with leadership to identify gaps against growth targets and develop actions to address them.
  • Maintain structured account plans for priority relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
