• Stay updated on product knowledge in order to assist clients effectively and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience and drive service improvements.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• A willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
