Funding Operations Specialist

Our advisors sign the client. This chair gets them funded. In this business the handoff is where companies live or die, and we intend to be excellent at it.

About Trovo Capital

Trovo Capital is an independent capital strategy and business consulting firm. We help business owners secure $20K to $150K in funding, primarily through introductory 0% APR business credit. We are consultants: not a lender, not a loan broker, not credit repair.

The role

You will own post-signature execution: analyzing each client's credit profile, building their application sequence, coordinating submissions, and tracking every file until the client is funded. You are the quality bar between a signed agreement and a funded, happy client.

What you will do

• Analyze personal and business credit reports and verify client documentation.
• Build each client's funding sequence: issuer order, timing, and limit strategy.
• Coordinate applications with clients and track issuer decisions through to funding.
• Handle reconsideration calls and issuer follow-ups with professionalism.
• Keep files, statuses, and notes complete in Zoho CRM, and protect sensitive client data without exception.
• Flag risk early: ineligibility, misrepresentation, or files that should not proceed.

Requirements

Required

• Two or more years in underwriting, credit analysis, lending operations, or funding coordination.
• Fluent reading of consumer credit reports: utilization, inquiries, account aging, derogatories.
• Detail discipline. This is a zero-dropped-balls chair.
• Clean confidentiality habits with sensitive personal and financial data.

Preferred

• Business credit, credit stacking, or card issuer experience.
• Spanish fluency.
• Zoho CRM.
