Job Title: Employee Success Manager (HR) (Fully Remote)

Pay: $50,000-$60,000/yr.

Job Description:

  • Employee Handbook Management:
  • Present the employee handbook to new hires, thoroughly explaining policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all new employees understand and sign the handbook, confirming their acknowledgment and compliance.
  • Onboarding Paperwork Distribution:
  • Manage and distribute all necessary onboarding paperwork to new hires, ensuring a smooth and organized onboarding process.
  • Assist new employees with any questions or issues regarding their onboarding documents.
Monthly Employee Check-Ins:
  • Conduct regular monthly check-ins with employees to monitor their well-being, job satisfaction, and overall experience.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by employees and provide support to help them thrive in their roles.
Company Culture Improvement:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organize events, activities, and programs that promote team building, employee engagement, and alignment with the company's values and goals.
Employee Write-Ups:
  • Handle the process of employee write-ups, documenting performance issues or policy violations accurately and professionally.
  • Work with employees to develop improvement plans and provide ongoing support to address and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and engaging company culture.
