Full Stack Developer – Microsoft Fabric & AI Integration

Experience: 3+ Years
Primary Skills: Python/.NET, Microsoft Fabric, REST APIs, Azure, SQL
Secondary Skills: AI/LLM Integration, RAG, Power BI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in building enterprise applications and integrations, with hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience using Python, .NET/C# or similar technologies, along with experience building REST APIs, integrating enterprise systems and working with modern data platforms. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, AI/LLM applications and RAG-based solutions will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Python, .NET/C# or similar backend technologies.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise applications.
  • Build integrations between applications, databases, APIs and Microsoft/Azure services.
  • Develop data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Warehouse and Data Pipelines.
  • Work with SQL databases and modern data architectures.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for application and analytics use cases.
  • Integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
  • Develop or support RAG-based applications using enterprise data sources.
  • Work with Azure services for application hosting, integration, storage and data processing.
  • Collaborate with product, data, AI and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application, API, integration and data-pipeline issues.
  • Follow software engineering best practices including Git, code reviews, testing and CI/CD.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Full Stack / Backend Development experience
  • Strong development experience in Python, .NET/C# or similar backend technology
  • REST API design, development and integration
  • SQL and relational database experience
  • Enterprise application and system integration
  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • Fabric Data Factory / Data Pipelines
  • OneLake / Lakehouse / Data Warehouse concepts
  • Azure cloud services
  • Git and CI/CD
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

AI & Data Experience

Candidates should have exposure to one or more of the following:

  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications
  • LLM/API integration
  • Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms
  • Vector databases / embeddings
  • Python-based AI application development
  • Microsoft Fabric data engineering
  • PySpark and Fabric Notebooks

Front-End Experience

Working knowledge of a modern front-end framework such as:

  • React
  • Angular
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • HTML/CSS

The role is backend and integration heavy, so deep front-end specialization is not mandatory.

Good to Have

  • Power BI and Fabric Semantic Models
  • Direct Lake
  • Azure Functions / App Service
  • Azure DevOps
  • Azure Data Factory or Synapse
  • Docker/containerization
  • Microsoft Fabric or Azure certifications
  • Experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a Full Stack Developer who can bridge application development, data engineering and AI integration.

We are specifically looking for someone who can build enterprise applications and APIs while also working comfortably with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services and AI/LLM integrations. Pure front-end developers or candidates whose Fabric experience is limited to certification/theoretical knowledge would not be the right fit.
