Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support through the end of the year. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to manage the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 active requisitions simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews
• Present candidate recommendations to hiring teams
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Extend offers and support negotiations
• Ensure accurate ATS documentation and recruitment tracking

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience extending offers and managing candidates through the hiring process
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

• Healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for corporate, technology, or professional roles
• Staffing agency recruiting background
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
