The HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary support contact for Workday, resolving system issues and performing data uploads. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to configure new functionality and maintain system data integrity through regular audits.
POSITION
Our Workday system supports HR operations for employees and managers worldwide, and we're seeking an HRIS Analyst to help ensure it runs reliably and continues to improve. As the first point of contact for Workday support, you'll investigate and resolve issues, contribute to system configuration, and collaborate with teams across regions to enhance the platform for everyone who relies on it.
Location: Remote in Mexico
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own first-line day to day Workday system support for a global userbase, including resolving tickets, troubleshooting, and data uploads (EIBs)
Conduct regular audits and data cleanups to help maintain system data integrity
Investigate and resolve issues, escalating to tier 2 when needed
Build and deliver system training tools (process documentations, training sessions, communications) to help users get the most out of Workday
Actively collaborate with stakeholders on system projects and configurations
Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes within and outside the system
Stay current on new system features, updates and best practices and share insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of experience supporting Workday HCM modules
Must have working proficiency in both English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts in practical terms in both languages
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at a given time
High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data
Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts
