Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Support Center Analyst. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our clients and users, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively. As a Support Center Analyst, you will engage with French-speaking customers and work closely with internal teams to create a top-tier support experience.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and product-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Provide training and support to clients regarding product features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and improve support processes continuously.
  • Monitor ticket statuses and perform follow-ups with customers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to assist clients effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive mindset towards learning new technologies and adapting to processes.
