We are looking for a Program Manager Online, for a Freelance Mission from September to December 26.

General information:

Team: Online (Operations)

Organization: 5 days a week

Duration: 4 months

Daily rate: 100/120 day rate depending on profile

Reporting to: Lead Program Manager, Online

Based ideally in Barcelona, Lisbon, Paris or Berlin - A remote contract is possible.

Role Description

After 4+ years launching successful online bootcamps, we’re taking it to the next level. In order to support our program expansion, we are looking for a talented and hands-on Program Manager to join our Online team.

Working closely with the other Operations Teams (Admissions, Engineering, Content) your role will consist in shaping and orchestrating Le Wagon’s Online Bootcamps to provide students with the world's best learning experience and support growth across all programs.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of Le Wagon Online bootcamps

  • Empower, coach and support the Batch Managers (Lead Teacher managing a specific training) to provide students with the world’s best learning experience and support our growth.

  • Handle a smooth delivery of the bootcamps to maxime student motivation, commitment and satisfaction throughout the learning.

  • Keep oversight of all pedagogical metrics (student learning metrics, attendance, NPS).

  • Overseeing the organisation & running of key events (e.g Kickoff day, Community events, Demo day..)

  • Ensure all relevant information is recorded effectively in Notion and that all important documents are stored in the Google Drive.

  • Unsure compliance with local training regulation.

  • Improve our day-to-day processes, work on additional and side projects within the team.

2. Ensure a healthy talent pool of teachers

  • Work with the Sales & Admissions team and Batch Managers to anticipate hiring and training needs.

  • Lead and coordinate teacher sourcing, selection, onboarding and training.

  • Keep abreast of teacher metrics and feedback and roll out action plans accordingly.

  • Lead the recruitment process and onboarding for the online teaching roles, involving other teammates when necessary.

  • Oversee the development of freelance teaching teams.

  • Maintain relationships with freelance teachers.

3. Own the financial and staffing affairs across all things operations

  • Review and approve all teaching invoices once a week.

  • Manage local teaching contracts and associated administrative tasks.

  • Brief all freelance teachers on invoicing processes, tools, and best practices.

    • Overall Bootcamp Margin

About you

  • You have 1-2 years previous successful work experience

  • You are a clear and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal English & French.

  • You enjoy working in a small team with a high degree of independence.

  • You are a creative problem solver - highly structured, organised and have the ability to work to tight deadlines to provide practical solutions on multiple projects.

  • You have strong project management skills and have a real drive for results, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • You have experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders

  • You grasp the challenges involved in learning technical skills like Web development, Data Analysis, Data Science & No-Code.
