Develop revenue and prime margin metrics, and manage spending AOP budgets, financial controls, and risk ensuring operations are executed efficiently and within established budgets. Utilize knowledge of Project Scope Management to manage a list of project deliverables to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully. Collect and assess customer data from internal and external sources and compare against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns. Develop, lead and motivate project management staff, and set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning. Coach and mentor Project Management Managers and Project Managers. Delegate assignments based on availability, ability, and developmental needs, and provide developmental feedback to team members.
