We're a remote-first team building AI products people genuinely love to use.
We're looking for our first Implementation Specialist to own the customer onboarding experience from kickoff through launch.
You'll work directly with customers to understand their business, configure Distill to fit their workflows, build their first projects, and ensure they see value quickly. Along the way, you'll partner closely with our founders, Product, and Engineering to improve both our onboarding experience and the product itself.
As one of the first hires in this function, you'll help define how customer implementations are done as we scale.
Own customer implementations from kickoff to successful launch
Learn each customer's business and configure Distill around their goals
Build customer workflows, target audiences, and search configurations
Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption
Identify blockers and proactively drive implementations forward
Create playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve every future implementation
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to turn customer feedback into product improvements
Help transform manual implementation work into scalable product capabilities
3+ years in Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
Experience onboarding SaaS customers from kickoff through go-live
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
Curious, analytical, and excited to solve ambiguous problems
Comfortable learning AI products and adopting new technologies quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in early-stage startup environments where you'll build processes—not just follow them
Work directly with experienced founders who have built and exited multiple successful startups
Help shape both the customer experience and the product from the ground up
