We are currently seeking a Finnish Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our enthusiastic team. This position is suited for individuals who are passionate about customer service and fluent in Finnish, eager to provide outstanding support to our partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to Finnish-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Manage partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any service-related issues.
• Educate partners on product features and support them in maximizing their use of our services.
• Document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
• Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continuously enhance our support services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of IT systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
