• Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking gamers through various channels, including chat, email, and forums.
• Assist players with inquiries about games, accounts, and gameplay, ensuring a friendly and constructive experience.
• Monitor community interactions to maintain a positive atmosphere and effectively address any user concerns or disputes.
• Engage with the gaming community by sharing valuable content and updates.
• Gather and document player feedback to communicate insights to the development team for ongoing improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and releases to offer informed support.
• Collaborate with other support agents to share knowledge and enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong passion for gaming along with knowledge of popular games and platforms.
• Experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with gamers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
• Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms effectively.
• Ability to work within a team and positively impact the gaming community.
