We are currently seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Social Media. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about social media and customer service and wish to assist Finnish-speaking clients in navigating their social media inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through social media platforms, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers with questions about product features, account management, and user experience on social media applications.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with users to enhance their experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and track issues to ensure proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to address customer needs and report on social media trends.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather feedback from customers to support improvements in service quality and product features.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in social media or digital communication.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
