We are currently seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Travel Agency. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and eager to assist Finnish-speaking clients in booking and optimizing their travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding online travel bookings through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to itineraries, booking modifications, and travel policies.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service efficiency.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, offers, and best practices to provide accurate assistance to clients.
• Gather customer feedback to support the ongoing enhancement of services offered.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work confidently under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
