Responsibilities

• Communicate with Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Address inquiries regarding products and services, providing tailored support to meet client needs.
• Effectively manage and resolve client concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM system to enable thorough tracking and follow-up.
• Work alongside team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client relationship practices.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client understanding.
• Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
