Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to Finnish-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex business inquiries and enhance overall service delivery.
• Stay informed about the company’s products and services to provide relevant and effective assistance.
• Engage in continuous training and development to enhance your skills and service effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer support role, preferably within a business or corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications is advantageous.
