Key Responsibilities

  • Identify financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Guide members through the application process, offering expert advice and support.
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure long-term member satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Assist with ongoing policy management, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
  • Adhere to all industry regulations and ethical standards while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
