Financial Coach, Counselor, Educator - India

Are you a Financial Coach, Counselor, or Educator passionate about helping people transform their relationship with money, build confidence, and achieve real financial wellness? MindFi is looking for dedicated Financial Coaches & Counselors to join our care provider network.

As a Financial Coach, you will play an integral role in empowering individuals to master their money habits, develop realistic goals, and achieve lasting peace of mind.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will build supportive, non-judgmental relationships to help clients transform their money mindset, habits, and confidence. You'll guide them through practical budgeting, actionable debt payoff strategies, and achievable savings goals, providing ongoing accountability check-ins to help them confidently make their own financial decisions.

Note: Our coaches focus strictly on behavior, habits, and education. You will not be managing client money or providing investment recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Financial Coach, ICF-accredited coaching certification, or a degree/credential/training/certification in Personal Finance, Financial Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience providing 1:1 financial coaching, counseling, or financial literacy education (online coaching experience preferred).
