Leidos QTC Health Services (LQTC) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role serves as a trusted business partner to operations leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, pricing support, and strategic analysis that drives informed decision-making across the organization. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and influencing business outcomes through sound financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations leadership to provide financial guidance and support strategic business decisions
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting for assigned programs
• Analyze financial performance, revenue, expenses, and operating results to identify trends and business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective P&L management and cash flow planning
• Develop pricing strategies and financial models to support government contract bids and contract modifications
• Evaluate expenditures and identify financial and operational risks that could impact business performance
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
• Support the development of new financial processes, standards, and operational plans
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
• Perform additional financial analysis and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications/Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting
• Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Government contracting experience supporting large financial operations or portfolios
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to partner across finance, operations, and business leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting complex government programs or contracts
• Experience with pricing strategy development and contract proposal support
• Demonstrated success driving process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence business decisions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance financial and operational priorities
