The Field Service Engineer reports to the Field Service Manager Adriatic and will be part of a team of Service Engineers distributed Croatia and Slovenia. Is responsible for building long-term relationship with the customers and support our clients in case of technical problems related to the equipment and providing remote support.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing (installation, calibration, preventive maintenance) our installed-based and new equipment within Croatia, south east Slovenia and in special cases also in other Adriatic regions.

The position is remote/field-based. Candidates should be based in the Central/Western Croatia region (Karlovac County and surrounding areas) to effectively support the assigned customer territory. This field-based role primarily covers Croatia, with occasional travel to Slovenia and other Adriatic locations as business needs require.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, repair of measuring equipment daily on customer site
• Promoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from sales and administration department
• Technical support for sales team
• Training and technical consulting
• Compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Completed secondary or higher education with a technical focus, such as automation, electronics, or a related field.
• Valid driving license cat. B and willingness to drive across Croatia, south east Slovenia, and in special cases also in other Adriatic regions, to visit customers, with some occasional overnight stays.
• Fluent Croatian language and advanced English.
