Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the North Texas territory by visiting hospitals and healthcare facilities, coordinating medical equipment pickups for repair, and promoting USOC Medical's repair services.

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent schedule of customer visits. Representatives are expected to build long-term partnerships, identify customer needs, and meet monthly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel throughout the North Texas territory, including Dallas and surrounding areas, to visit hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Pick up medical equipment requiring repair and coordinate transportation back to USOC Medical.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
  • Meet with prospective customers to introduce USOC Medical's repair services and capabilities.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Provide customers with repair status updates and ensure exceptional service throughout the repair process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer engagement goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within company systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Follow ISO 9001 and company quality system requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and computer proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient English communication skills required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay & Performance-based bonus opportunities.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Approximately 80% travel throughout the North Texas territory.
  • Frequent driving and customer visits during the workday.
  • Combination of hospital, customer, warehouse, and office environments.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and driving.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Frequent computer and mobile device use for customer communication and documentation.
  • Must follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
