The Field Operations Team Lead oversees the commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS systems in mission-critical facilities. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, managing project resources, and ensuring all systems meet performance and safety standards.

The Field Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the commissioning, integration, and optimization of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), EPMS (Electrical Power Management System) and Building Management Systems (BMS) within mission-critical and other facilities. This role ensures that all systems are installed, tested, and functioning according to project specifications and operational requirements. The manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with various stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent experience. Relevant certifications in SCADA, EPMS, or BMS are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning SCADA and BMS systems, with a strong background in project management and system integration. Preferably 2+ years of team lead or management experience.
Travel: Up to 30%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
