Field Marketing Director

Location: Remote / Hybrid (U.S.)
Department: Marketing
Reports to: VP of Marketing

About Us

360 Privacy is a Digital Executive Protection company that protects high-profile individuals from the threats created by personal data exposure online.

We scan hundreds of data broker and people-search sources daily, remove client PII from the open web, and monitor the dark web and broader digital ecosystem for emerging threats. The work we do reduces the attack surface that enables social engineering, targeted harassment, doxxing, and physical targeting of the people our clients are responsible for protecting.

Our clients include Fortune 1000 companies, professional athletes, and the security teams that protect them. If you're driven by meaningful work in a fast-moving environment, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

The Field Marketing Director will be responsible for owning, executing, and optimizing all event and field marketing efforts across 360 Privacy’s go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that blends creativity, organization, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships — ensuring that every event drives measurable impact in awareness, pipeline, and relationships. This role is joining 360 Privacy at a pivotal moment: the events portfolio has grown to 80+ events per year, and the Field Marketing Director will be responsible for building the scalable processes, playbooks, and systems needed to run a program of this size — there is no existing playbook to inherit, so strong judgment and a bias toward building repeatable structure are essential.

What You’ll Do

Event Ownership & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of 360 Privacy’s event portfolio — including major industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking engagements, webinars, and field events.
  • Handle logistics, registration, booth management, collateral coordination, and vendor relations for both internal and partner-led events.
  • Lead pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns to maximize attendance, engagement, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every touchpoint is on-brand, on-message, and on-strategy.

Strategic Planning & Opportunity Mining

  • Identify and evaluate new event and partnership opportunities aligned with our Ideal Client Profile and strategy.
  • Build and maintain the annual events calendar, managing budgets, deadlines, and team alignment.
  • Work closely with Sales and BD to mine events for leads, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop frameworks for measuring ROI, lead quality, and pipeline impact of each event. Provides weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Design and implement the standardized processes, workflows, and playbooks needed to run 80+ events per year, since no formal process currently exists at this scale.
  • Establish scalable vendor selection criteria, approval workflows, and budget governance to support a high-volume, fast-growing events calendar.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand and Product Marketing on event promotions, speaking abstracts, and social amplification.
  • Coordinate with Sales and CX for pre-event outreach, live engagement, and post-event nurture plans.
  • Support Partner Marketing efforts through co-branded activations and association events.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and tracking in HubSpot for all event-related activity.

  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Field Marketing or Events, including experience managing vendor partners (preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech).
  • Proven ability to run multiple events simultaneously — balancing logistics with strategic execution.
  • Track record of building and scaling event operations from the ground up — creating processes, tooling, and team structure to support a high-volume (80+ events/year) program.
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • A proactive mindset — you don’t just manage events; you find opportunities within them.
  • Comfortable traveling up to 55% for key events, activations, and in-person team meetings.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot preferred.
