Field Liaison III - Belfast, ME

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Field Liaison III to join our team. This position is responsible for facilitating strong working relationships between Modivcare, transportation providers, and facilities through visits, outreach, education, training, and real-time trip observations. This role conducts field investigations, including transportation provider vehicle inspections, compliance risk assessments, and contract adherence reviews, and partners with appropriate teams to identify risks, address challenges, and implement resolutions.

This role…

• Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with transportation providers and facilities through face-to-face meetings, phone and video calls, and group presentations.
• Conducts scheduled and random visits to transportation providers to verify adherence to contractual standards for drivers and vehicles.
• Conducts scheduled and random visits to medical facilities to provide outreach, training, and education.
• Conducts contractually required vehicle inspections annually and as needed.
• Maintains appropriate certifications to train transportation providers on PASS training and wheelchair securement.
• Provides oversight of driver and attendant participation in and compliance with Modivcare’s prescribed training curriculum as outlined in the Safe Driver Program.
• Supports transportation network digitization, facility adoption, and use of the TripCare platform/app, as well as other market-specific projects.
• Collaborates with appropriate teams to resolve issues and provide follow-up to transportation providers and facilities.
• Promotes company programs with transportation providers, healthcare facilities, and case workers.
• Supports company initiatives and projects related to transportation network and facility outreach.
• Business travel of up to 80% may be required.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…

• High School Diploma required.
• Two (2) plus years of experience.
• Previous employment in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred.
• Prior audit, training, and presentation experience preferred.
• CTAA and NSC certifications preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, effective, and engaging presentations to public audiences.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and coworkers and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement action plans to address issues.
• Valid and current driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.
• Flexibility to work various days and hours based on operational needs.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned regions.
• Ability to obtain CTAA, NSC, and/or other certifications as necessary.
• Knowledge of Salesforce desired.
• Bilingual skills recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary: $18.81 - $22/hr
